Chen Palmer are specialists in advising on the “Government rules of sourcing 2013” promulgated by the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment, which must be met by all core departments and the wider public service. We are experts at advising other agencies who procure, or suppliers who are interested in tendering on the provision of services or goods.
