We give advice to privacy officers on their obligations, draft privacy policies for organisations, and manage workplace disputes over privacy issues. Our experienced team is led by Nicholai Anderson. Nicholai was the former legal advisor to the Human Rights Review Tribunal, which deals specifically with Privacy Act proceedings. He was also a legal advisor to the Ministry of Justice who administer the Privacy Act.
