Kate Yesberg

Associate

Kate has a LLB(Hons)/BA (Anthropology). During her time at university she was a tutor of both law and anthropology and a research assistant. Kate is interested in international law, particularly environmental law and human rights, the Crown/ Maori relationship post-settlement, land law and development, machinery of Government issues, and dispute resolution. She has worked in human rights and development in south-east Asia and is a volunteer with the Wellington Community Law Centre. Kate has also advised the Board of Atareira (formerly the Schizophrenia Fellowship of Wellington).
